Concrete Catwalk // The Edge of Orange

One of my favorite things about the arrival of Spring weather?  It means that it's time to put away the heavy coats (for most... sorry friends in the Central US) and bust out the light jackets that have been hanging in wardrobe limbo for the past several months.I'm partial to those of the leather variety, and that's why when I saw this buttery-soft biker jacket with an asymmetrical cut and woven insets, it was love at first zip.See below for the full look, and to find out where I found my sassy new layering piece!

This outfit felt like it would be a little plain with just the t-shirt and jeans, so I tried to add some extra flavor with a glam necklace, and some sky-high-lighter orange patent leather heels.  Too much fun? Don't mention it.  ;)Keeping with the corresponding color scheme, I layered up with a poppy cardigan and coral cocktail ring, while keeping my fingers [and matching nails] crossed that my new jacket* from Spiegel (I KNOW!) would distract from any potentially clashing colors.I have to say that I was honestly blown away by the quality of this latest addition to my wardrobe, and not only is it a piece I know I'll hang on to for a long time, but based on the prices I found on the site, I'll definitely be looking forward to checking back for more great things each season.  Even more extra-great news is that you can receive 20% off your order by using the code "Spiegel2013" at check-out!I'd love to know if you find anything fabulous, and HAPPY SHOPPING! :)*Unfortunately, this is exact style is currently sold out, but there is a similar one with amazing details and the same cut available right here!Top to Bottom:Sunnies - Buffalo ExchangeNecklace - c/o SorrelliT-shirt - Old NavyCardigan - Old NavyLeather jacket (similar) - c/o SpiegelRing - Hell's Kitchen Flea Market Straight leg jeans - MadewellHandbag - kate spade new yorkHeels - c/o Ivanka Trump
