One of my favorite things in the world (besides getting dressed!) is coming up with simple and fun ways to pursue a healthy lifestyle.  I love coming up with nutritious recipes (or adapting the classics) and figuring out the best workouts, kitchen tricks & other healthy choices to compliment my active journey towards wellness.

Kitchen Gadgets:


  • This little guy gets used at almost every single meal!  Instead of drizzling or measuring olive oil used in most recipes, we give a little spritz with our Misto, and it allows us to use a small fraction of the amount of oil that we would have included otherwise! 

Working it out:

 

  • My gymboss interval trainer is my best friend when it comes to needing a quick and effective workout in a pinch.  Perfect for frequent travelers looking to take their workout on the road or for creating your own HIIT routine, this little guy is easy to use and does that job like a champ.
