Less cooking, more slurping.
I start almost everyday with a protein-packed version of something green and drinkable, but I know that for some of you — The thought of having the same smoothie for breakfast everyday sounds like a serious buzzkill.
If you fall into the latter camp, I would seriously recommend trying at least ONE of the delicious combos from the new Simple Green Smoothies book (just came out this week!) and if you STILL don’t love it, we’ll have to zip you over to my house for a snack so that I can change your mind. :)
