Dressing for Fall in California is something I haven’t had to do for almost ten years.
This week I’ve realized that I’m a little out of practice, and that my wardrobe still needs some time to recover from what I’m affectionately calling The Winter Years.
Promptly placing my peacoats back into a box in the garage.
With mornings that are hovering in the 40s and 50s, it means that I’m relying on light sweaters and ankle booties to keep me cozy, and then quickly shedding a few layers as the afternoons climb into the mid-70s. This particular combo was perfect for both morning and night, and I’ve been wearing these Woolrich Kiva boots nearly non-stop as I get the hang of such a warmer version of Autumn…
Endless combos for what I’ve started calling The Endless Summer.
Ps. – I’m excited to tell you that S+P has a new partner! Today’s photos were taken by Christa Rorer, and I can’t wait to start sharing much more of her incredible work here on the blog. XO
