Now that we’ve moved in and are ready to style up our new space, I’m hot on the trail of ideas and shopping resources and clever ways to make our rental feel more like home.
Our little beach bungalow has warm white walls and some interesting architectural details to work around, but I’m happy to let the light-filled rooms inspire a cozy, coastal calm that is perfect for nesting at this time of year.
Can’t wait to start sharing some shots of the space with you here, but in the meantime – Find me on snapchat (styleandpepper) for little glimpses of the ways I’m trying to spice up our space bit by bit, and check out some of my inspiration below:
+ Excited to explore some massive shopping inspiration at this brick-and-mortar home boutique in one of L.A.’s historic buildings. Over 150,000 square feet of eye candy!
+ With so many great flea markets nearby, we’re taking full advantage of the upcoming shopping dates for November… Heading to the Rose Bowl Flea on November 8th, and then we’ll hit our local Long Beach Market for some epic treasure hunting on November 15th.
+ Sweet Emily shared three brilliant styling tips recently on A Cup of Jo, and they’re coming in QUITE handy as we start to make some of our more prominent decor purchases.
+ Speaking of shopping… I recently talked G in to letting me nab this leopard print rug for our bedroom floor, and I can’t wait for it to arrive next week!
+ Feel free to follow along with my Casa de Pepper pinterest board to see all of the ideas I’m collecting throughout the process. (Can’t resist sharing a few of my favorite images right here…)
