Concrete Catwalk // Sequins for Skating

December 3, 2014

IMG_4210 I totally assumed that the mandatory dress code for ice skating in Bryant Park would involve sequins

Turns out that the leggings were spot on and the extra layers were important in staying warm, but wearing something sparkly DOES come in handy when trying to distract people from looking at your fumbling feet.  ;)

Keep reading for the rest of the look, and I hope you’re staying warm & cozy this week!

Ps. – Last night, we saw Beautiful: The Carole King Story on Broadway and WHOA mama, if you like music AT ALL (so um, everyone?) – I would highly recommend it as a need-to-see show.  Tonight, we’re braving the crowds and heading to the Rockefeller Tree Lighting Ceremony… It will be our first time so wish me luck!

P.Ps. – Apparently I’ve got a thing for fur collars lately… Have you tried out the winter trend for yourself yet?

I’ve been seeing these little fur pieces everywhere lately and I need to get my hands on one! I’m looking forward to ice skating at crown center in the coming weeks :)
