Concrete Catwalk // Summer Uniforms

July 23, 2014

So far, our summer highlights have included big leisurely brunches, exploring new terrain, and dozens of date nights with my main man… Dressing for all of the above is made much more effortless by the of something that every laid-back-season should have: A summer uniform!

I always try to adjust my look based on the outing at hand, but one thing that stayed as a stylish constant last weekend was this light linen scarf that tied all of the looks together. (…See what I did there? *Wink!*)

Today, I’m sharing THREE separate looks that are all wrapped up around a weekend of fun and I love that they all have one thing in common…

Keep reading to spot the gauzy little swath of goodness doing it’s job, and share your favorite summer uniform by playing along in the comments below!

So creative and chic! I’m not much of a scarf person…I find I get too warm with them wrapped around my neck. But, maybe I just need to think outside the box. Thanks for the inspiration!

Love the navy blouse and while pants. My summer uniform consists of cut off denim shorts, a bell sleeve chiffon blouse, great ankle strap sandals, and cute accessories that can change depending on outing. Wish I could show you a photo!

Renee, this sounds DARLING! Will you snap a selfie and email it to me? Would love to share it on the S&P fb page if you’re up for it! :) Ps. – I’m wearing just about the very same thing you described right now! XO
