S&P TV // 3 Fun Ways to Make Your Cushions Cute

We’re lounging by the lake at our family reunion this weekend, and even though I’m quite enjoying the chance to really unplug – I just couldn’t resist the chance to pop in and share my latest video with you this morning!  ;)

Switching out the “accessories” of your couch can be an easy way to breathe new life into a room, but buying new throw pillows every time you need fresh flair is obviously a bit unrealistic for most.

In the latest episode of S&P TV, I’m sharing three fun ways to make your cushions SO cute by using things that you may already have around the house and without spending tons of money!  Take a peek by clicking right here, and feel free to let me know what you think!

In the pillow case (sorry – had to) that you’d rather treat-your-self instead of do-it-yourself, I’ve also rounded up a few shoppable options that would sweeten up your sofa in a jif (and don’t forget to check out that sassy Grandiflora slip-c0ver that I feature at the end of the clip)!

Ps. – We are getting ready to recover our big vintage couch this summer, and I am really wanting to do a deep navy velvet fabric (kind of like this one).  Do you happen to have any tips around choosing the right fabric?  I’m a little lost at the moment, and always love your help!

Hop on the list for love notes from the bottom of my very full heart!

I have to say that I love watching your video! I prefer reading blog posts rather than watching vlogs but I am fascinated with you on screen! You just have the natural vibe that made me continue watching :) I love this idea of “updating” throw pillows. I am in a phase of wanting to engage myself in various home decor ideas and this one jumped on the top of my list! :)
