Concrete Catwalk // Neutral & Navy

February 11, 2014

One of my favorite outfits from this past weekend involved considerably less color than I normally wear, but as you may have seen us chat about on social media recently – I’ve been seriously digging a neutral color palette these days.

Perhaps it’s the product of this dreary winter we’ve been having OR maybe it’s because I’m working on a capsule wardrobe that is going to have to last me for two months away from my full wardrobe… Regardless of the reason, I’m looking forward to experimenting with things like light layers, textured tans & unique shapes to keep things interesting.

Keep reading for the rest of the look, and stay tuned for another one of my NYFW looks a little later this week!

P.S. – This kate spade lipstick is everything (wearing it above in “Merlot”)… Check out their surprise 75% off sale today, and let me know if you nab anything great!

While neutral pairings aren’t really my thing either, I find myself seeing how great they are. You look super chic!

You look so beautiful and you are a master at layering. Also love the baby blue and camel mix I might have try this combo soon.

hi! Love that you wore red lipstick with this ensemble. The scarf is perfectly draped and the purse is the perfect size. The overly large satchels look odd on some. Was sooooo glad to see the size of your purse because it is as a more stylish and a more enduring look.
