I know what you’re thinking…

“She has totally lost it.  Two cardigans at the same time?  Way too much to handle on a Monday morning.”

While I’d love to tell you that I have some spectacularly meaningful reason, or ambitious intention to start a new trend, the truth is this: I already know that I love the color combo of mixed teals and blues with these gold pants, and after buttoning the first cardi, I was simply in too much of a hurry to change it out for the darker one, so I just added to the pile and actually kind of like the way it turned out!  Plus, it made for a SUPER cozy stroll to church on a gloomy Sunday morning.  :)

The key here is imagining that the bottom layer (one of my favorite basics from Old Navy!) is actually a blouse, and then sticking with a tone-on-tone color combo to keep from looking a little too much like Rainbow Bright.  (…Though the gold pants DO make me feel a lot like a super hero.)
