Thankfully, we’ve got a Pepperologie expert on board who is quite well-versed at gearing up to beat temptation without sacrificing fun and flavor, and I’m so excited for our Health & Fitness expert – Lauren McBride – to share some of her best secrets with us next month.
She’ll be walking us through how to put together your own personal healthy lifestyle plan, and topics will include:

- Nutritious food swaps that can [tastily!] stand in for your biggest indulgences
- Healthy recipes to carry you through the holidays feeling indulgent without the guilt
Lauren McBride is a personal trainer, holistic nutrition specialist and blogger at Holistically Fit. With over a decade of personal training experience and with certifications from both the American Council on Exercise as well as a diploma as a Mind-Body Wellness practitioner from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, it’s no surprise that the success stories from her clients are countless.
Lauren’s mission is to empower her audience and clients with the knowledge, guidance and support they need to make healthy choices that will transform their health and improve the quality of their lives.
