Concrete Catwalk // Navy in Nolita

July 18, 2013

One of the best memories I’ve had all summer was when Mr. Pepper and I got a chance to spend an entire weekend celebrating our 6th anniversary by exploring some hidden and some quite obvious gems of NYC… Full post on our adventures coming soon!

For our evening plans, I got a chance to change into something dressier than what I had on all day, and because it was such a muggy night – I went with a swingy shift dress, neutral platform sandals, and let my hair do it’s own little wavy thing.  (Why fight it, right?)

Keeping the dress and shoes simple allowed me to rock some of my favorite statement jewelery, but having the man of my dreams on my arm made the whole look feel most complete. :)  See below for more of the look!

Top to Bottom // Earrings – Bauble Bar, Dress – c/o Orla Kiely (similar), Bracelet – c/o Sorrelli, Ivory handbag – vintage (similar), Flower ring – J. Crew, Woven heels – Bottega Venetta

LOVE this dress! Navy is definitely one of my new favorite colors – I’m trying to stock on several pieces for fall right now, but this is such a cute summer frock!
