Concrete Catwalk // Paneling & Peplums

Popping in with a quick post for you this morning, and and in the meantime, I'm off to the IFB Conference to speak on a panel about the Business of Blogging with a few of my favorite gals.  Click through for the rest of the outfit photos and a full re-cap of my look below, and if you're new to the site - I'm happy to have you and thanks for stopping by!

I have to say this is one of my favorite outfits that I've worn in a long time, and I'm not sure if it's because of the paneling, the peplums, my playful hair-do... OR it could be the fact that this is what I wore for one of the most jaw-dropping experiences of my year.  (You can read more about that here.)

I loved playing around with the quirky nature of these two current trends, and am definitely glad I've hung on to this several-years-old skirt until now.  Have you hopped on the peplum train?   Check out some of the comparable options that I've included below and let me know how you'd style up this piece for yourself!

Top to Bottom:
Sweater - DVF (similar)
Necklace - Angel Court Jewelry (similar)
Handbag - c/o Ann Taylor
Skirt - H&M (similar)
Rings - (L to R) engagement ring, Brooklyn Charm, Vintage, c/o Bing Bang, wedding band
Heels - Asos (similar)

    1. Hi, Pamela! It's actually from the sample sale at the beginning of the summer... I'm not sure if it ever actually got made or not, but I know she has a few out that are similar. Sorry I'm not more help, and happy shopping! ;)
