Concrete Catwalk // Too Much Fun

Too much fun for your Monday morning?  Then you probably shouldn't click through to see the rest of the photos and hear about our relaxing weekend...

Don't say I didn't warn you! ;)

PS. Did you notice my shiny new "sharing" buttons below?  If you like this post, feel free to pass it along! XO

After taking several days off together over the last two weeks, I was a little worried that this past weekend would have G and I feeling the Sunday night blues.  Instead, we made it our mission to enjoy every single second together and ended up with the perfect couple of days filled with tons of fun... A few of the highlights include: Happy hour dates at our neighborhood bar (see above), picnic lunch in Bryant Park with friends, our first trip to an NYC beach, dinners cooked together and eaten by candlelight, sleeping in as late as we pleased & sunny afternoons in the dog park. (Be sure to follow along on Instagram for up-to-the-minute snapshots!)

We've been trying to be much more intentional about our relaxation time together (especially challenging for me who feels like I'm "in the office" every moment I'm at home), and I finally feel like we're starting to get the hang of it.  Phew!

Did you have any ridiculously relaxing moments this weekend?  Am I the only one who sometimes has a hard time unwinding when work goals and home improvement projects loom?
