Hi, Anon – Sorry you think so! If you’re not a fan of how I appear in my outfit posts (assuming you’re the same who Anon who has left multiple comments saying so), then I’d encourage you to think about not coming by the site any longer. Might be less effort for you than posting insults.

If you’re truly worried about my health, please feel free to shoot me an email and I’d be more than happy to discuss your concerns privately. Thanks so much!

Is this person for real??? What a jerk!!! DON’T let this ridiculous and rude comment rain on your parade.

You are stunning, fit, and healthy…and congrats to celebrating 5 wonderful years with your man. Happy anniversary!!

Jessie is gorgeous. Beautiful thick hair, radiant skin tone, bright eyes, and healthy muscles. She in no way reflects a “scary” appearance and does not look like a person who doesn’t eat. You anonymously posting in her public comments that she needs to “start eating again” only reflects how inconsiderate you are of her feelings. She has shown you a great amount of kindness and has shown us how classy we already know her to be by asking you to email her privately, if you do have a genuine concern. Next time, post with your name and leave something encouraging or don’t post at all. Her blog is a very positive and fun place to visit and I hope you can look back through her archives and rethink what you’ve said.

Agree, agree, agree. You look like your glowing, and your hair is amaze-balls! Get it girl!

referring to comment 1: Telling someone to eat more is just as rude as telling an obese person to eat less!

  • Reply Khi July 18, 2012 at 1:35 pm

You kinda look like SJParker :”)

  • Reply Katie Brosseau July 18, 2012 at 1:37 pm

Comment #1: Absolutely uncalled for. First of all, a public forum is no place for “advice” so personal and impacting. You are making a judgment call for someone you do not know anything about beyond what she posts from day to day. From personal experience, a slender, active person who was always assumed to be anorexic, it is extremely hurtful when someone accuses you of unhealthful eating habits. It affects your self-esteem and your psyche and can cause more damage than you realize.

If you are that concerned about Jessie’s health, then you need to email her privately and express concern for her well-being, not attack her for her appearance. Do it out of love.

I love wearing my Nana’s jewelry! I think its great that your vintage ring and necklace are hand-me-downs from your Nana; I’m sure when you wear them you think of her fondly (I know I do). You look beautiful.

Jessie, you look lovely and healthy. You’ve always come across as a thoughtful, warm, intelligent and classy woman, and your response to that statement was more proof of that. I hope you don’t let things like that hurt you. Remember that most judgment comes from insecurity.

It’s funny–I typically think of navy as a conservative color, but this dress definitely is NOT. It’s gorgeous.

    You look stunning!

Navy is my favorite color. It’s so royal, refined and impeccable, don’t you think?

I have a similar sheer navy dress from Asos and I’m so inspired that I think I’m going to wear it today, here in Lisbon, also with nude shoes.

Such a perfect combination and you are glowing!
