Concrete Catwalk // Local Love

The best time of year is officially here, friends!  Sunny weather, generous amounts of daylight, bare skin and fresh organic produce from the neighborhood farmer's market.

Our local market just kicked-off last night and I was so excited to fill up our new Scout tote with goodies and meet some of the new farmer's/bakers/canners who will be helping to fill up our bellies this season.  There's just something special about knowing that your fruits, veggies, eggs, cheese, bread and even olives and pickles have come from less than a few miles away.

Keep reading to get a better peek at one of my new favorite dresses and tell me: what's YOUR favorite part about summer?

Kisses to you, my dears, and have a GREAT weekend!

  11. Sigh. I wish I looked as darling as you while grocery shopping!

On a random note, one of my NYC friends said there are different color caps on Sriracha-- Have you seen/tried those? I've only seen the regular green cap in Texas.

    Have a great weekend! xo

  14. Farmer's markets are definitely one of my favorite parts of summer! We always go way over our food budget in the summer - it's so hard to resist all those flats of fresh-picked berries!

  15. That color looks so good on your summer skin! love it. My favorite parts of summer are the fresh flowers found at farmer's markets, and making yummy baked goods with fruit found at markets or, even better, in my mama's garden. xo!
