Concrete Catwalk // Striped Sweaterdress

April 5, 2012

This sweater dress was one of those Delightful Dozen pieces that I just did NOT want to send along… the brightly colored stripes and the cozy material were great enough, but I really loved trying out a silhouette that is quite different than the ones that I typically wear.

I also wanted to tell you about the fun little tassel earrings that are in the photos above… I made a very small batch of these babies as a fun weekend project and decided to put a few pairs in The Spice Rack in case anyone wanted a pair for themselves!  There are four colors (white, amber, navy and deep teal) and I don’t really have plans to make any more, so when they’re gone – they’re gone!

I’m off to the beach this morning if anyone needs me, but I hope you have a great Easter weekend, and I’ll see you soon!

Top to Bottom:
Earrings – Handmade by me! (For sale in my shop!)
Blazer – Vintage, thrifted (similar)
Sweater dress – From Kyla via The Delightful Dozen
Belt – J. Crew
Woven cuff – c/o Kristin Hassan
Rhinestone bangle – c/o Bauble Bar
Handbag – Vintage, thrifted (similar)
Heels – Aldo (similar)

You already know this is a all systems go, take off and get away piece, that leaves everyone else behind. Accessories, plu-perfect. Hang ten!

This dress looks similar to the Old Navy dress I’ve been coveting last Fall. Looks really nice. You gave it a bit of edge with the booties.
