friday night of NYFW i went to two great blogger parties:

the modcloth blogger swap & bloggers night out.

i have to admit, i was quite glad to be around friends and likeminded ladies

to debut my little DIY collar necklace that i threw together before the trip.

i definitely got some interesting looks on my 12-block walk to the first event,

but that's one of the things i LOVE about nyc... 

you can get away with a LOT as far as fashion statements go.
