so much fun chatting with krystal throughout the day!
hey-o! finally a few outfit photos from my trip…
this was (part of) what i wore to the lucky FABB conference last wednesday.
as a disclaimer, i have to tell you that it poured on me the whole walk there,
and my hair and brand new suede vintage jacket took the brunt of it.

the highlight of the conference for me was getting to hear DVF impart her wisdom
and encouragement on us not only as bloggers, but as business women as well.
she is just as eloquent and gorgeous as i had imagined, but i was amazed
by how incredibly approachable she was and how happy she seemed to be there.
other bright spots of the day were sitting next to and bonding with some dear new friends,
if you know me in real life, you KNOW i love to make new friends,
and i felt like i connected with so many wonderful people!
also loved meeting and chatting with brandon holley, editor-in-chief of lucky mag,
witnessing the largest collection of arm parties that i had ever seen,
learning more about some of the great brands that sponsored the conference,
and reuniting with blog friends that i’ve gotten to meet at other events in the past year!
oh, and wanna see me be a total goofball on the “runway” at the express suite?
OK!
wowsers. don’t worry. not quitting my day job.

you are rockin the runway girl! and i love your shirt untucked…i’ve tried to do it before, but i just felt awkward. maybe it’s one of those things that make you feel weird, but look really cool to other people?
