Concrete Catwalk // Plan B

we went to a rehearsal dinner on friday night
and this was one of those times where i had an enTIREly different outfit planned
but it ended up not looking right when i put it on 20 mins before we had to go.
hate it when that happens!

i ended up reaching for a tried and true favorite that i knew would work
and added some neutral accessories and a simple hairstyle.
(also had to grab some doubled sided tape for that neckline!)
sometimes it's nice to have a few "plan b's" standing by in your closet, you know?

dress - francesca's
necklace & belt - j. crew
rings & bracelet - nana's
booties - fergie, endless.com

  2. That's happened to me quite a bit! The idea is better than the execution. Sigh.. c'est la vie.

That dress is amazing! From a distance it definitely dones't look crochet.

  17. thank you so much, everyone! i thought it'd be a fun summery option with all the bright colors! :)

@anon - i have a variety of kinds in my stylists kit, but i believe for this dress, i used good ol' scotch double sided masking tape (this kind is heavier-duty than i needed, and it kind of hurt to take off, though!)

@terri - the double sided tape is used to hold "the girls" up and in! the general public can thank me anytime! ;)
