image via the examinerafter seeing the devastation in haiti plastered all over the news, i haven't exactly felt like posting the outfits photos i had planned for the rest of this week.
just feels pretty trivial at this moment, you know?
instead, i'm going to try to do what little i can to provide some sort of aid to those in such desperate need.
will you help me?
for every individual who leaves a message in the comments section of this post, i will donate $5 to the haitian earthquake relief efforts of heart to heart international, an amazing distaster-relief organization based here in kansas city.
if you'd like to make a donation of your own, i would truly encourage you to do so, and if you are local - there are also ways to donate your time to the organization by volunteering at their facilities in olathe.
now, get typing!
You're a great person :) Praying for all those in need now...

ReplyDeleteAWESOME idea! Way to inspire others, too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful idea, Jessie. I have made a donation to the Red Cross but am considering another in order to provide a mere fraction of what is needed as Haiti begins to rebuild.
