Happy Cyber Monday

have you come out of your tryptophan-induced coma yet? i don't know about you, but it was VERY difficult for me to go back to work today.

worse yet, i don't have any street style to show you.

i've realized that if i don't get a chance to make it to an event every week, then my options end up being shots of people who are bundled up and braving the cold weather (can still be cute, but not always the most inspiring).

in lieu of some style shots today, i'm going to share with you some new-to-me sites that i've discovered over the holiday weekend, all of which happen to be great spots for fashion inspiration.

happy browsing! also, don't forget it's cyber monday and both of the concrete catwalk sponsors are offering great deals, so be sure to click on through the links!!!

Question

i will never claim to be as fashionable as betty,
but i dream about it... yes, i do.

i'd like your opinion on something...

i've noticed that as the days get shorter and the weather gets colder, it has become increasingly more difficult to get quality street style shots (unless i'm at an event) and i hate not having anything to post for you during the week.

so tell me... would you rather:

a. see only quality style style photos, but possibly fewer and farther in between

b. see as many street style photos as i can find, with the possible addition of other style nuggets (example: current sales, local fashion events, beauty/fashion products that i love... you name it. what would you like to hear?)

c. street style photos with the occasional outfit photo of my own. i know there are a lot of blogs that post strictly outfit photos of the person who writes them, and while i love looking at these types of sites, i'm not sure i feel confident enough to add that much "me" to the concrete catwalk!

i'm dying to know what your thoughts are on this, so please share in the comments section, and BE HONEST!

thanks so much for reading... i am so grateful that you took the time to stop by, and i want you to know that YOU are the main reason that i put so much work into this blog!

MWAH!

Street Style // Too Cool

i just had to snag a shot of this model
after she had changed into her street clothes.
loving how her angelic hair and makeup
contrast with her tougher style
(note to self: layer leather jacket over zip up hoodie
on really cold days for a really cool look)

Street Style // Double Bow Ties

these cuties were not officially in the show,
but you should have SEEN the model-esque looks
they were giving the camera.
and with ensembles like those, they could have hopped right up onto the runway
and started strutting their stuff
(double the bow ties, double the fun!)
